Guy belongs in jail. Shooter took it from an argument between two divorced people to a deadly situation single handedly when the gun came out. Nobody was In physical danger before that. Guns are for self defense, not showing your girlfriends ex husband you’re a tough guy. It’s like I told my wife when I bought my first gun - if I pull the gun get away because I’m about to shoot somebody. No other reason to pull a gun.

If not, I can invite a person to my property, haVe somebody else start an argument with them, tell them to leave then shoot them when they don’t.

Without a doubt though the biggest POS is the mom/ex wife who instigated the whole thing. I feel bad for the poor kids in the situation. They should sue their mom and her boyfriend too.
