Also never had pimento cheese for bfast.

Nope. A delicious creamy cheese spread of sorts. Good for a sandwich, for ham and cheese, on grits, on eggs, on a biscuit, on pretzels, a burger, crackers, hell use a knife and just eat it by itself. Cheddar cheese, mayo, and pimentos is the short explanation

What are grits?
It's just cornmeal of sorts. The closest thing I can think to explain it is its like corn oatmeal? Porridge perhaps? Its damn good. A little butter, cheddar cheese, and Tony Chacere's are how I fix mine.

I like the Palmetto Cheese brand. I'll get the type with bacon, and then the type with jalapenos.......and then mix them both all together

Speaking of pimento cheese this is what the ole lady cooked up for supper tonight
Creamed corn and black eyed peas? Got dam she’s a keeper
Grits is like Cream of Wheat. Only 1 million times better. Salt, pepper and butter are all I want on mine. What I don't eat goes in the fridge and is cut into planks and fried the next day (think fried meatloaf).
