I used to travel all those back roads and it reminded me of just east east of Weston. a little township called brooksville.
Now that I think about, there are lots of cotton fields down around vienna/Dooly county.

Good for us. Waiting on the dew to dry off now & then back on the harvester.

We have family in Richland, so we usually go down to Weston to get several bags already shelled. My wife makes a mean pecan pie.
Any idea what the price per 5# shelled are this year? Pretty sure they were like 45-50 last year.
