Look at a map of NATO in 1953, in contrast to a map of RUSSIA\USSR. Then compare that map to todays map, and tell me which is the imperialist...and one who is fighting for their soverignty
Russia is in no way entitled to sovereign countries that happened to formerly be a part of the USSR. Hell the USSR was cobbled together under communist tyranny anyways.
That’s not even mentioning the fact that NATO is a defensive alliance of sovereign nations and not some imperialist entity. NATO has never once invaded a non belligerent country to oppress the native people via war crimes like Russia is doing today and has done multiple times throughout history.
On top of all that Russia is a communist country while all the other members of NATO are not. That alone should be enough for any capitalist red blooded American even if the roles were completely reversed and it were NATO invading peaceful countries a la Russia.
