It means a lot under evidentiary rules. As official government documents, they can be entered into evidence without the usual need for foundational witnesses through judicial notice of a public record.

So I guess my question is, if Trump's RICO civil suit can show evidence of treason, would the military automatically take over with tribunals being the trial mechanism?

No. There are different burdens of proof in civil vs criminal. Like @Jayhox said, it absolutely means something evidence-wise, and the IG report also lends at least some credibility to Trump's lawsuit.

While GatorOk is deliberating on your question, I'll give my layman's opinion of why Durham is calling it a joint venture rather than a conspiracy. I'm guessing the Durham camp doesn't want to show their hand of what they're willing to charge these "middle men" here. They'd rather flip these guys in order to make a more solid case against their masters, i.e. Hillary, the Podestas, among others.

This is least what I hope is the case.

Joint venture is a business agreement or partnership that can be proven. Conspiracy takes a lot more to prove.

Basically they have the goods on the joint venture and are telling all those involved we have it and can prove it.

Verdict Expected - didn't have a choice on trial venue and a change of venue wasn't going to happen because Sussman is a DC resident

SCO got in everything they could to expose the foundation of the conspiracy

More indictments expected before the election - Strzok, and McCabe possible with Paige as a gov witness

There are a few others involved in the conspiracy that will get hauled in soon

They will embarrass Come but don't know if they will get an indictment 50/50 right now

Doubtful on an HRC indictment - this thing will expose her for what she is. Ruins her legacy (I asked about the MSM not carrying anything about it, and was told that the story will be around for a few years as they go through trial. Her name will constantly come up as a bad person....will see if it moves the needle)
