Huh? Cliffs means give us a summary of the video...like, a couple of sentences of what the video is about before we commit to seven minutes.
Cliff's notes were little booklets before the internet you could buy that would summarize long books nobody wanted to read in school. This way you could have an idea of what the book was about and not look too stupid in class when you didn't read it.
