I shit 4 x by 7am. Ate another plate when I got up at 430am. I can feel another heading to my expelling chamber.
Nothing like dropping a bomber and feeling like you got 2 more Inches in your jump.

how did your strategy play out?
I was out of town visiting in-laws in Orlando and was pounding Metamucil every morning to keep my gut right on travel. That + thanksgiving eating all week I put a couple in my Top 25
