Growing up in Chicago and Jersey my dad would make lamb shank stew. I still make it once a year down here in south florida usually in February when it is cold AF.

It really is. Not hard at all. Just couple shanks, any root veggies you want, I love parsnips and turnips because of this recipe. House smells awesome all day.
And to clarify when I say cold AF in south florida I mean low 50s.
