So she has been volunteering for 5 years, passed a background check, seems to be a decent mother and people are coming down on her for something that is not anything new? Sounds like to me that a few other moms were a little jealous of her and did what those types do and they penned that letter. In fact I would not be surprised if it was one or more of those parents she mentions she gets along with that were responsible for writing that letter to start this.
