Cig and Dolson (AD) figured out how to de-risk recruiting using portal, which there is now a premium on with NIL. That is the strategy they are still ahead of all the other programs who are investing dollars in HS recruits that are more risky than 2-3 year players that are proven to be productive at the Power 4 level.

Now they also have to fit people into system, scout the right guys (which they are clearly very good at) and fill a new roster every year, which will determine how long this run lasts.
