Texas did the same thing, but obviously in reverse and now having more red districts for the house. Here is where it gets interesting, the left is fighting that front and using the Supreme Court who has a hearing about it in the Fall.
They need to include this as well. So either both states can move forward with their redistricting or neither can.
Virginia should NOT be allowed to do it while Texas gets held up in court during the mid terms. That would be a fucking disaster.
So there is a sliver of hope, or at least a hold off of some sorts before we go full commie.
