Do like the Russians did in Lebanon in the 70s-80s. Hamas grabbed a US person off the streets and tortured/killed the person. The US did nothing. Hamas tried with Russia, Russian KGB grabbed a high ranking Hamas leader, cut off his balls and tossed him on the doorstep of a Hamas operative the next day. No more Russians taken anywhere.
