We are going to have to end public schools. We will need to tie money to students and let parents decide where they go to school. You'd see so many small schools pop up it would be insane. I've already heard of some wealthy parents going in together to just hire a teacher for their kids. 1 teacher for 6 to 8 kids and the teacher is directly answerable to the parents and the teacher has direct contact with the parents.
