SEPTEMBER 6TH HAPPY LABOR DAY!

Hello everyone, hope you all are enjoying your labor day! We're finally at the dog days of summer, things are winding down, football is starting up (opening weekend was pretty great) and today Martin is starting a new theme for his videos. We are going to explore different aspects of Ugandan Food for awhile; including everyday eats, recipes, street food, sodas, all sorts of cool stuff. Please check them out as they come up. Also, from now on we will be uploading only 2 videos a week for the most part, but we are trying to make them a little longer, more informative, and offer more links and whatnot to more information as we continue to connect with Martin's awesome culture.

Searching "posho" will take you down a rabbit hole haha, it has a couple different meanings, but I've found a website that shows posho as Martin knows it (it seems it is also referred to as Ugali? @Martin might have to clarify that) and it has a little recipe and video for you to check out.

How to Make Posho/Ugali

Thank you everyone, and again Happy Labor Day!

@Martin most people in America eat food that is heavily processed and bad for you. They drink many sugar drinks and not enough water. It is why people are so fat and have medical problems. Here they have FAST FOOD
it is companies that make food high in fat but low in nutrition.
Is American money valuable in Uganda?
