Marvel vs DC whos your favorite?

This thread will be for us nerds who liked comics and comic cartoons as "young" people. Which characters in each universe do you like best? Due to the nature of the thread, and the hero \ villain thing, make a list if you so choose, of your favorites.

I’m shocked we haven’t seen a new Wolverine with all the remakes that have been popular.

Are those stupid ass Blck Panther movies in one of the two groups? What’s about Captain America?

Black Panther was racially elevated, it sucked major ass. Black Panther is Marvel. Captain American is Marvel, and one of the Avengers. Not sure how to keep that ball rolling.


I think they are about dead. Hugh Jackman is the only one who can play Wolverine and he said he would not play another, until recently with Deadpool 3. Some characters can only really be played by one person IMO.

DC had the best collection, marvel was always playing catch up but marvel had the better leadership.

DC has the best characters, but the movies have sucked for the past 20 years. Marvel has left them in the dust.

DC is way top heavy but kind of the best... Batman and Superman. Marvel had a much deeper bench and more great stories. Spiderman, Fantastic 4, X-Men, Iron Man, Capt America.

Overall my favorite is Batman as a character, but overall I agree, Marvel has it on lock.

My favorite group would be the story of the X-Men, a bit more "real" in the comics, most visceral and such. Perhaps Magneto being my favorite villain.

They got the right people to play the parts in the movies no doubt. Jackman as Wolverine, Halle Berry as Storm, Patrick Stewart as Professor X, and so on. They could have done a bit better with the earlier story lines.
