IMO whatever happens to the economy is completely independent of Dimon’s prognostications. Seems more like he’s using his pulpit to try to pressure the Fed out of their hawkish position.
He's trying to make John Q. Public liquidate his market shares so the bank can buy back at a hugh discount

Interesting comment for a lying piece of shit, but Elon is a straight arrow (compared to 99.9% of people in power.)
He is, but he also speaks mostly from his own perspective. I think Tesla is pivoting. Three years ago Musk was all-in on making a low-priced mass-produced EV. Tesla has never explicitly come out and said they're giving up on that, buuut everything they've done the past couple years indicates them catering largely to higher-wealth customers.

If you caught him in an honest moment, I'd bet Elon Musk would say he was wrong about electric cars becoming ubiquitous, and that it will end up being a toy for the opulent. But the mouthbreathers in the Democrat party won't see the writing on the wall for several years. Once the first wave of people who have to replace the batteries in their POS Chevy Volts hits, look out.
