I've had a pretty good day. Office was closed, found out what I thought was county jury duty in Conway is just a civil case in myrtle, getting a listing on a condo, and have a showing on another and hoping an offer follows, took gus down to the beach on a gorgeous day, just got some free collard greens hand grown from an old black man straight from the dirt, also just bought a bottle of sandlappers, now drinking a beer and watching the winter classic and cotton bowl. Give yer balls a tug and get a beer and bone in t-bone for Cooper!
