yeah, I cant stand vinegar BBQ, sorry Rebarcock.........I am from the west coast, where texas and KC bbq is the only BBQ allowed without severe penalty. I have been all around this country, and aint no one knows about Carolina BBQ, except the Carolinas.

I eat it all. I'm not a BBQ snob. I don't like vinegar based or mustard based. Mustard based is SC. I do like the red sauce at a bunch if places though.
But I agree @ttyif it isncookednright you dont need sauce

barbecue is a sauce made from certain vegetables and fruits but not a vegetable itself the same as a kale salad is not a vegetable bu tit contains vegetables though the level of processing between the two is vastly different i would say
