But there is no gender. So that is not a man hitting a woman . Isn’t this this same logic for swimming?
Bro...I believe you have this mixed up. It isn't that NO one has a gender.....it's that we are ALL GENDER FLUID. So this cop will just need to say he was identifying as a woman (ONLY in the exact moment he decided to punch her). This will inevitably flip the case upside down as the Cop with then be the victim. This disgusting POS woman can then be properly charged with the assault, as well as a hate crime.

Maaaaan this is a tricky one. One the one hand, she was being aggressive toward the cop and needed to be detained. On the other hand, did he use excessive force to do so? I mean, there's always the chance the person has a weapon, and a tiny woman can stab you as easily as a burly man--in the case of a weapon, the safest thing to do is end the threat quickly and efficiently, in which case he is justified. But given her attire (skin tight clothing with no place to hide a weapon, both hands visibly not holding a weapon) and size, I would say there is an argument to be made for excessive force here.

All that being said, I'm not a lawyer and she was kind of acting like she needed to be popped one good time.

Where I work, I see things very similar to this in that the "public" seems to think that they can treat officers any way they please. Maybe they have been emboldened by certain 2020 incidents, or maybe they are just stupid. My money is on the latter. I've noted that it is one particular segment of our society that has a penchant for running their mouths like they are a bunch of gang bangin' hard muthafvckers, but as soon as an officer decides they've had enough and treat the locals as equals, the cries of police brutality and racism come out quicker than you can blink an eye. I saw it yesterday. It likely won't stop, ever. I laugh at these idiots. They get what they deserve. The girl in the video got what she deserved. If the ladies want to be equals, they don't get to pick and choose how they are going to be equals and how they are going to be the fairer sex.
