How do I whitelist my IP address?

On Highway Divides, I recently discovered:
This user is silenced.
Reason: IP address '--------------------' appears X times in StopForumSpam.

How do I take my IP address off StopForum Spam???

I cannot understand, like... whatever happened to the most fundamental measure your parents taught you at your early childhood?

This is the complete opposite of what I'm experiencing. This is the kind of thing that emphasizes the impression of DESPAIR. - The complete loss or absence of hope or positive conclusion to one's situation.

Also, this totally defies "Lend a helping hand", "Help a friend in need", and or "One good turn deserves another".

I managed to find the long lost blueprints of the 3M 123 prototype HVS traffic signal; all I need now is the blueprint for the model 131 HVS signal as well as blueprints for several other portable traffic signals:





These blueprints will help me reconstruct that portable traffic signal mast into a 3D model. And I have some other portable traffic lights I would like to transform into 3D models that also need the blueprints.

But this IP blacklist is not helping!

It was mainly due to the sound effects (Hollywood Edge, Sound Ideas, Universal Studios, etc.) I'm seeking that somehow snowballed into this IP ban.

if I got on here and bitched abt every shadow ban, block and blacklisting, I'd of been deleted ages ago.
I tried all this in 2016 when the Google bmi ban went into full effect, which means I can not monetize on any social media, nor can I be a paid, registered, member.
However I make due & for what I can't have even tho I collected, I still shared the wealth.

now while I cld not be a paid member, once the opportunity to give back came along, I did just that and made everyone billionaires, of not millionaires.
Ask @shiv or @TheFiend maybe even @Mr.Fitzwell
they all know that for what I lack in communication skills, I definitely give back ten fold in contribution.
