Nasal spray with 1% povidone-iodine: 2-3 times a day.
Do not use for more than 5 days in pregnancy. If 1% product is not available, dilute the more widely available 10% solution (see box) and apply 4-5 drops to each nostril every 4 hours.- Pour 1 ½ tablespoons (25 ml) of 10% povidone-iodine solution into a 250 ml nasal irrigation bottle.
- Fill bottle to top with distilled, sterile, or previously boiled water.
- To use: tilt head back, apply 4-5 drops to each nostril. Keep head tilted for a few minutes, then let drain.
Been hitting the Flonase/Zyrtec combo heavy. Fuck pollen.
I feel your pain. Have terrible seasonal allergies since I was little and hate taking medicine. It’s been tough since I given up all pharmaceuticals in general since last year so I just gotta power thru it and try to keep it from getting to my chest.
I will most likely take cetrizine or whatever the name of it is when the spring pollen hits or else I will die. If there was snow on the ground all year I would be very happy and perfect health.

I was the same, then around 40 they hit me. Now I take Flonase during allergy season.
The past 3 years your issue was called Covid. I called it Hay Fever. Pissed off many of my doctors who pushed the Wuhan mantra. Several pushed having a Covid test. I asked, why, so they could put me some data base?
