Someone please explain to me about these Pixel 4X and higher talked about in this. Is Pixel 4X or higher a Google brand phone? Or, does Pixel 4X apply to other phones depending on model and when acquired?

Just like your computer that is made in China, or your android phone or iphone. It is the software and operating system that is alway tracking you. If I can just get google off my phone, it is worth it to me. You can ask google objective questions, fine, but ask them subjective questions and you get what they want you to see. Ask duckduckgo and google the same subjective question and you get two totally different data streams........and it's more than just their algorithms are different.

Yea. You can just buy the basic phone without all the apps downloaded for about $150. The $500 is marketing and downloading the apps for you. China is making all the phones or at least parts for all the phones.
