It would seem to me a hard sell to sue an organization for discrimination when you've worked for that organization for most of your adult life.
Ray Horton has been an nfl employee in one capacity or another for almost 40 years. Brian Flores was literally just a HC for 3 years. Evidently, unless an organization gives them exactly what they want it must be racist.
