Lockheed and Raytheon track each other pretty well. The gov seems to go out of its way not to declare one or the other a clear winner.

Yeah but it ain’t all good. General Slife is trying to change AFSOC (Air Force Special Operations Command) into a conventional type way of thinking. Gone are the days where operators continued to find ad hoc procedures and techniques which will make stretch out manning and make our procedures too predictable.

He used to be my DO (Director of Operations) way back in early 2000’s. Smart guy and good pilot but he is gonna destroy that command
