Pat Flood (@rebarcock) passed away 9/21/25. Pat played a huge role in encouraging the devolopmemt of this site and donated the very first dollar to get it started. Check the thread at the top of the board for the obituary and please feel free to pay your respects there. I am going to get all the content from that thread over to his family so they can see how many people really cared for Pat outside of what they ever knew. Pat loved to tell stories and always wanted everyone else to tell stories. I think a great way we can honor Pat is to tell a story in his thread (also pinned at the top of the board).

Its already out. You can download it on the appstore, but they are slow rolling letting people in
typing one handed and about to jump on plane. I pre-registered some time ago. When i got the alert, i set up my profile and it put me into a que. I was 141K roughly.
Got the notice I was green for go this AM and have started following folks.
DWAC getting pummelled. Slow roll out and underwhelming features would by the main complaints so far. They said they would have it by end of March so maybe they will get the kinks straightened out?
Still interested to see what happens to traffic once Trump starts tweeting.

According to Trump, this was a soft opening, as was previously planned, and the official release or start of the app is supposed to be at the end of March.

Taking a lot longer than expected and the stock is getting hammered. Nunes said it should be ready by the end of March so would expect to be Truthing by then.
That being said the stock has lost a lot of momentum. They really need to do a good job when the product is finally launched. My hopes are dimming by the day though.
I think it’ll be a combination of things. What you said regarding a kick ass launch and one or two key acquisitions.
DWAC really struggling. They missed a couple of self imposed deadlines to have the app operational and that has really hit the stock.
Stock might get a jump once everything is fully working but that may be a year or more off. Kind of feel like they missed the boat.

DWAC and Truth Social have really dropped the ball and missed a huge windo of opportunity. First they promised the app by Presidents Day in February, then pushed it back to the end of March. Here we sit in the late April and the app is a shell of what it needs to be. Are they still developing and its taking longer than expected? Will the product be any good in the end? Will Trump end up using Truth Social? Is the Deep State sabotaging the efforts?
