Flank steak marinaded olive oil, Worcestershire, soy sauce and seasoning. Pan seared and sautéed onions and peppers. Bypassed the “tort tee yuhs” and had Tortola less fajitas.

Couple glasses of lemonade and some potato salad made it pretty damned good

I just plowed a flank steak. It was rare as fuck and delicious. Cut like butter.

I've got one more flank steak thawed out and tenderizing in the fridge. Think I might do a Philly type deal with queso or a cream cheese sauce along with some green peppers later.

That trout looks delicious. I've never had trout before.

19-20 oz Iowa chop and leftover flank steak. Too lazy for the Philly so just cut both up with some asparagus and some cream cheese mushroom sauce for the pork chop.
