I saw one NY'er say that it's so bad in some areas that they need to call in the NG to use the incinerators they used in Iraq to dispose of the trash. He was saying the negative health effects of the burning would be far less than what will happen if they get a couple weeks of warm weather with all that trash still on the streets.
