A Florida US House rep is resigning next week. We will lose the majority when that happens. It will be 217-214 until we fill the seat in a special election. You gotta give those bastards credit. They don’t play games, they play for keeps.

A U.S. official says the military shot down a party balloon near El Paso, Texas, after initially suspecting it was a foreign drone, prompting a temporary airspace closure.
And dems are livid they weren’t notified of the shutdown before it went into effect.
Regarding the 10 days. It was likely whoever was putting in the NOTAM not having a set time or date that it needed to be closed out so they put 10 days as a precaution. I used to have to do that in the AF.
