Magistrate Judge Orders Release of Minnesota Church Protestor William Kelly

These are the kinds of activist judges that need to be removed! The entire time William Kelly was in custody, he bragged the government wouldn't be able to hold him and upon his release, screamed over and over again, "F*CK YOU! F*CK TRUMP!"
All three Minnesota church protestors have now been released from federal custody.
U.S. Magistrate Judge Shannon Elkins has ordered the release of a 3rd person arrested in connection with the anti-ICE church protest in MN Sunday, William Kelly. A top DOJ official called him a 'domestic terrorist,' but the judge said there was no basis for pretrial detention. A stay was also denied.
William Kelly was arrested and charged with conspiracy to deprive rights, a federal crime, and violating the FACE Act 18 USC 248 for his involvement in the St. Paul church riots.Kelly was wearing his signature “F*ck Trump” beanie when he was taken into custody.
