Yeah but you can stay in about 10 different surrounding countries and get there within a hour or so depending on transport type. London is like 1 hour away if you have a private jet and probably has a tranfer if done regular so it might take a bit longer if you want to go there for 70 bucks...
Not to mention its nearly free to stay in italy in January, lowest of the lowest season a bit down south. North does have some snow hubs which might be full now.
You can go to Vienna, Paris, Brussels, London, Milan, Geneva, Madrid, and a shit ton of other countries/cities. All within a hour or so.
All their (summer) houses are in those areas.
And if not.. They can use one of the many surrounding harbors for their yachts and take a heli ride.
