Not a single lie spoken. Abolish the Income Tax

Andy Frisella “We have a very corrupt government. We have a bunch of thieves. We have a bunch of f*cking criminals who impoverish us and steal from us and take from us every day under the threat of violence. And then we are told we were a f*cking free country. What free country is held hostage by their own government to pay money so that they can f*cking take it and do whatever they want?

And it obviously enrich themselves because that's why these people go from $126,000 a year salary to being worth $30 million in 2 years. And then in 10 years, they're worth $400 million. Where do you think that comes from”

Here is the Wolf Blitzer BS, he should be fired and put out to pasture after this

JUST IN: Stephen Miller GOES OFF on Europe for FREELOADING off American defense, but pretending Greenland is "theirs""

They cannot defend Greenland! It's unfair to the American taxpayer who has SUBSIDIZED all of Europe's defense for generations now!"

"American dollars, American treasure, American blood, American ingenuity is what keeps Europe safe and the free world safe. And Donald Trump's insisting that we be respected!"

"They cannot control the territory of Greenland. Under every understanding of law that has existed about territorial control for 500 years to control a territory, you have to be able to defend a territory, improve a territory, inhabit a territory. Denmark has failed on every single one of these tests!"

"So they want us to spend hundreds of BILLIONS of dollars defending a territory for them that is 25% bigger than Alaska at 100% American expense. But they say while we do this, it belongs 100% to Denmark!"

Many of those NGOs are owned and run by spouses or relatives of politicians. It's how Bernie and Jasmine can afford 3-4 houses on $174,000/yr.

not a good idea

NOW we are cooking with Gas.

State and local elected officials don't get a "pass" because they have political constituents they are playing to in the active opposition to enforcement of federal law.

If I heard it once I heard it dozens of times in J6 cases -- yes, you have First Amendment rights, but that doesn't mean your words cannot be used as evidence of your intent in committing some kinds of crimes.

If you are exhorting others to engage in overt criminal conduct, you might be walking yourself into a conspiracy. It only takes one overt act by ANY conspirator -- it is not necessary for every conspirator to commit their own overt act.

Walz and Frey might have flown a bit too close to the sun.

The fight over their internal communications within the Minnesota state government will be fun to watch. If only it wasn't so cold in Minnesota I might ....

Scott Jennings just caught Abby Phillip in a bold-faced LIE on CNN — and he couldn’t believe she was denying the truth.

Watch till the end to see the proof. As the panel freaked out over the DOJ probing Tim Walz and Jacob Frey for obstructing federal immigration operations,

@ScottJenningsKY cut straight to the facts.

JENNINGS: “And, look, based on their public statements, it’s pretty clear that…and based on the statements of officials at DOJ, it’s pretty clear there is concern that these two guys have used their positions and their public statements to try to obstruct the execution of federal laws.”

“Now, whether that rises to a crime, I don’t know.”

PHILLIP: “Can you give me an example?”

JENNINGS: “Well, I mean, I think they’ve both made numerous public statements that have made it perfectly clear that they do not want federal laws to be enforced in Minnesota, and that they flatly said they don’t want ICE there enforcing federal immigration laws.”“They both said that.”

PHILLIP: “That’s not what they said.”

JENNINGS: “They have literally both said ICE leave Minnesota. In fact, Tim Walz said, we’re on the third day of Gettysburg at one point.” Then Phillip went full denial mode.

PHILLIP: “He did not say that either. Okay, sorry, but he didn’t say that.”

Jennings was left speechless. ROLL THE TAPE.

Black America knows what lawlessness looks like.

We lived with it for decades. You all know I live in a Blue City, ghetto. Broken windows. Open drug markets. Repeat offenders cycling in and out.

Victims told to cope. Families told to adapt. Now the same people who abandoned our neighborhoods exported that chaos statewide. Illegals running around loose with less than zero cooperation from the state. Cashless bail emptied jails.

Habitual offenders were put back on the Democrat run streets.
Police were restrained.
Prosecutors stopped prosecuting.

Then they layered mass illegal immigration on top of it.
No vetting.
No enforcement.
No accountability.
This is not compassion. This is negligence dressed up as virtue. Law is not oppression. Order is not racism. Borders are not hatred. American Citizenship still means something.

Every Democrat community suffers when laws are optional. Black communities just felt it first.
America is tired of it.
Black America is tired of it.
Working families are tired of it.

When state leaders refuse to enforce the law and chaos becomes demuxrat policy, the federal government has both the authority and the obligation to restore order. The Constitution anticipated moments like this.

It did not require permission from activists.
Lawlessness is not progress. It is surrender.

The more I dig into this NYC rent control situation, the more alarmed I become.

This is what I'm seeing:

+ 2.4 million rent-controlled apartments in a city with a massive housing shortage and 1.4% vacancy rate.

+ A huge % of these tenants are wealthy, white boomers using the units as pieds-a-terres while they spend their weekends and summers elsewhere.

+ Meanwhile, the government is using rent control to purposely drive down the value of multifamily housing, so that it can be purchased in a fire sale by the government.

+ The small-time landlords with big rent rolls of "stabilized" units are going under. Their portfolios end up in the arms of PE and foreign money (how are Progressives okay with this?) The banks will get hit by this too.

+ Because there is such a reduction in supply (~40% of units are price-controlled), leftover supply is ~33% more expensive

+ Because NYC gov is not friendly towards landlords, there is a lack of development --> even less supply

+ Rich and homeowners overwhelmingly support these laws b/c it drives up the value of their condos & co-ops (less supply --> higher prices for condos)

+ Big PE companies like these policies b/c they can buy buildings in fire sales and wait for rent control reform (5-10 years out)

+ Meanwhile - ~2.4 million units are rotting and won't be brought up to code as tenants leave b/c the numbers don't pencil --> 50k "ghost apartments" padlocked off market now, maybe 100k soon

+ Gen Z and the working class continue to vote for these policies, hoping they will be among the lucky few to win the lottery ticket of a rent-controlled apartment

+ Meanwhile, boomers hang onto their units and pass them to their children, family members, etc. --> NYC's housing stock is rotting slowly, going offline, and becoming more expensive

Isn't this what the Constitution is for? To protect property owners and citizens from the tyranny of the majority? This is clearly a taking. It's clearly buying votes. I'm floored this is happening, and nobody is talking about it because it's "politically incorrect" to critique rent control. **

Rent control is the reason housing in NYC is so expensive, and it's the reason there is a shortage.**Boomers really pulled a fast one on this. Well done, Boomers.

In addition from what I read is that if you want to sell your property the city gets to offer first. If you don’t accept and get an offer elsewhere the city has 60 days to match. Good luck keeping that offer.
