It's a numbers station. Yes they're secret radio stations. Yes you can listen to all of them because they broadcast into the open. They're normally for broadcasting 1 time codes to spies. They've been around forever.

I don't have a problem with this. I use Bitwarden (which is a password/credential manager), but I installed it from the Google Play store. It's also available via the Apple store for iOS. Installing a sideloaded version instead of an official release is a massive security risk.
