• Pat Flood (@rebarcock) passed away 9/21/25. Pat played a huge role in encouraging the devolopmemt of this site and donated the very first dollar to get it started. Check the thread at the top of the board for the obituary and please feel free to pay your respects there. I am going to get all the content from that thread over to his family so they can see how many people really cared for Pat outside of what they ever knew. Pat loved to tell stories and always wanted everyone else to tell stories. I think a great way we can honor Pat is to tell a story in his thread (also pinned at the top of the board).

Amen brother, they finally found a patsy….not buying any of this

How convenient of a narrative.
Both shootings get wrapped up with a homicide.
Is anyone else seeing how insane this is?
Stinks because if they’re saying MIT main target, why case Brown for 2 weeks and then go shoot MIT guy? Why not shoot main target first, MIT, in case you never escaped?

Did Brown hire all the fired Uvalde police officers? Or their Chief?
I wouldn't even consider hiring the Brown prez or the City mayor as a Walmart greeter.
You talk about a couple of bumbling idiots. I hope the families of the deceased sue the shit out of both the city and the University. Pulling all federal funding to the Ivy League schools should be top priority for Trump.

Interesting from Sen Cornyn:

Dear Patriot –

Senate Republicans are BREAKING records in President Trump’s second administration and delivering him his team faster than ever before.

Despite Democrats’ constant obstruction, Republicans are moving full steam ahead to get the President’s team in place so they can enact his agenda.

By the end of the year, the Senate will have confirmed more than 400 of President Trump’s nominees.

This FAR surpasses the number of total confirmations in the first years of the first Trump and Biden administrations.

As a member of the Senate Judiciary Committee, I am proud to say that we have held hearings for 96% of the judicial nominations we have received. That is the highest percentage for any new president since 1980.

My colleagues and I have confirmed MORE federal judges in President Trump’s second term than at this point in his first administration.

The committee continues to advance judicial nominees as fast as we receive them and will continue to send the President’s nominees to the Senate floor to be confirmed.

I will not let radical Democrats stop Republicans from providing President Trump the team he rightly deserves.

For Texas,

John

Didn't we see a post recently about few of Trump's appointees having been approved? Johnson said this week that the House was going on vacation rather than passing Trump's agenda.
