India has only ever participated in the Program for International Student Assessment (PISA) once, in 2009
Because it's administered via computer by external administrators and not school staff they couldn't cheat
They scored so low they never participated again out of sheer embarrassment - almost dead last
Every measure of Indian performance today is fraudulent. The cheating starts very early in schools where the kids all cheat off one another and teachers accept bribes to give answers
This continues into colleges where exam questions are often repeats of previous years or "leaked" early
When they can't even enter college they can simply buy fraudulent degrees on the open market for about $300 USD
But when they arrive in the West into demanding roles like doctors or software engineers they're hilarious inept and it's readily visible to all their peers. During interviews they regurgitate buzzwords without any sense of understanding what they mean
But it doesn't matter to them, they only care that they got the high paying job
There is no "best and brightest" from India - their average IQ is 76, on par with Sudan. Indian immigration needs to be shut down entirely
Impeach? They should liquidate.

The SCOTUS has already ruled that there are already term limits in the Constitution with each Rep standing for election every 2 years and each Senator every 6 years. I wouldn’t dismiss so fast, we know they have whistleblowers from Venezuela they have interviewed, including the dude in prison. We know they just pardoned the Honduras guy who’s likely talking. So it’s possible this was selectively leaked to monitor what move Rand Paul makes next or we will start seeing more leaks to sway public opinion to attack Venezuela.
