Moultrie Georgia – November 26, 2025
The truth finally broke through today. Pete Skandalakis, the prosecutor appointed to clean up the disaster that Fani Willis left behind, has moved to dismiss every last piece of her politically engineered circus case against President Donald J. Trump and our 2020 Presidential Electors. Judge Scott McAfee granted the motion, and the entire corrupt Fulton County case is now dead and buried.
Skandalakis told the truth in plain English.
“It is not illegal to question or challenge election results.”
Exactly right. It never was. And every one of us knew it from day one.
He further made it clear that chasing a sitting President around Georgia for a fantasy prosecution was not only improper, it was impossible. The Supreme Court’s ruling granting presidents absolute immunity for actions within their constitutional authority means this entire stunt would require years of litigation. Skandalakis bluntly stated it would take “months, if not years” to even decide immunity issues, pushing any trial into 2029, 2030, or even 2031. His words were crystal clear.
“Bringing this case before a jury in 2029, 2030 or even 2031 would be nothing short of a remarkable feat. The citizens of Georgia are not served by pursuing this case in full for another five to ten years.”
Translation.
This case was a lie, a political weapon, and a taxpayer-funded revenge project by the most corrupt DA in Georgia history, Fani Willis.
Let’s put this in perspective.
Fani Willis tried to charge a sitting President.
She tried to jail private citizens who cast lawful electoral votes.
She tried to criminalize questioning an election.
She tried to destroy lives, reputations, finances, marriages, and families.
And now we know what we always knew.
There was never a real case. There was only Fani Willis.
This entire nightmare cost the Georgia Republican Party millions of dollars. Money meant for building the future of our state was wasted fighting off a rogue prosecutor who was more interested in TV lights than the law. She tried to bankrupt us. She tried to bully us. She tried to break us.
She failed.
President Trump stood firm.
Chairman David Shafer stood firm.
Our electors stood firm.
And today the truth stands triumphant.
And now the left wants to cry that “seditious acts should have been prosecuted but it was too hard.” Nonsense. Pure desperation. There was no sedition. No conspiracy. No crime. Not then. Not now. Not ever.
If it takes five to ten years to manufacture a crime, you never had one to begin with.
What Fani Willis launched was not justice. It was intentional political terrorism aimed at Republicans.
But Georgia is done with her.
The case is over.
The lies are dead.
And every single innocent person she targeted walks free with their name restored.
Today we celebrate vindication.
Tomorrow we keep fighting for Georgia and for America under the leadership of President Donald J. Trump.
