Judge Tanya Chutkan, the activist from the DC Circuit Court who allowed Jack Smith's malicious prosecution to go untethered, has been removed from the bench by the Judicial Ethics Board.
The board, which meets biannually to adjudicate complaints against federal judges, has the power to remove and transfer judges within their own districts.
"Judge Chutcan will be far better suited on the bench in Eastern West Virginia," said Board Chairman Joseph Barron, "She's less likely to come across a case of such importance."
Chutkan can expect to live out her career without anyone ever hearing her name again.
