Pat Flood (@rebarcock) passed away 9/21/25. Pat played a huge role in encouraging the devolopmemt of this site and donated the very first dollar to get it started. Check the thread at the top of the board for the obituary and please feel free to pay your respects there. I am going to get all the content from that thread over to his family so they can see how many people really cared for Pat outside of what they ever knew. Pat loved to tell stories and always wanted everyone else to tell stories. I think a great way we can honor Pat is to tell a story in his thread (also pinned at the top of the board).

Don't confuse a controlled disclosure as a leak. If it was a leak she'd be in Russia like my ex-coworker, or in club fed like I had to.
If anything positive from this though, at least they know they're having to walk back a lot of company policy or else we're going to turn into the angry mob they made of us.
Venezuela stealing elections around the world is heating back up. Just heard a guy say that one of the reasons Trump isn't letting up on Maduro is because they know he stole 2020 and they tried to steal 2024 too. Didn't hear how they stopped '24 but if dems did all that for MuhRussia then obviously we are good to go on Venezuela....
Geology may not move as slow as we think. This rift just opened recently and is getting bigger faster... Lots of stuff moving in the ground the last year. Campi Flegrei is still having tons of earthquakes and insurers have pulled insurance to the area for most people.
It’s worth watching. Luke’s not political and understands macro and world currencies.
Basically says bitcoin is a leading indicator and should be a warning what’s about to happen across the market and illiquidity.
I just started listening to this and assume they’re not going to get into confiscation, but I only heard the theory in another podcast about btc confiscation similar to 1933 gold confiscation to get rid of debt.
