Is your state Attorney General on this list?
There are 27 states with ties to the corrupt States United Democracy Center (SUDC):
-Kris Mayes (Arizona) - Her office signed a May 4, 2023 retainer letter with SUDC for pro bono advice “in connection with developing legal strategies to ensure the integrity and security of elections.” The letter is signed on SUDC letterhead by Christine P. Sun and countersigned by the AG’s chief of staff.
-Aaron D. Ford (Nevada) - Nevada OAG executed a state‑posted pro bono contract retaining SUDC to provide legal services to the Nevada Secretary of State for the 2024 election, with the OAG supervising; an amended contract is also posted.
2) Former state AGs on SUDC’s Bipartisan Advisory Board (formal affiliation)

-Grant Woods (Arizona) - former AG (In Memoriam)
3) State AGs who joined an SUDC‑organized initiative (public letter). SUDC organized a bipartisan open letter to business leaders on voting rights (April 20, 2021). Signatories included the following current or former state Attorneys General:
-Hector Balderas (New Mexico)
-Clare Connors (Hawaii)-T.J. Donovan (Vermont)
-Keith Ellison (Minnesota)
-Aaron Ford (Nevada)-Aaron Frey (Maine)
-Brian Frosh (Maryland)

-Mark Herring (Virginia)
-Jim Hood (Mississippi)
- former-Letitia James (New York)
-Kathy Jennings (Delaware)
-Josh Kaul (Wisconsin)

- former-Dana Nessel (Michigan)
-Kwame Raoul (Illinois)
-Ellen Rosenblum (Oregon)
-Josh Stein (North Carolina)
-Phil Weiser (Colorado)
-Grant Woods (Arizona) - former
4) Additional, clearly documented work with an Attorney General’s office-New York - In United States v. James, SUDC represented a group of democracy scholars as amicus supporting New York AG Letitia James’s motion to dismiss, characterizing the prosecution as politically motivated. (This is SUDC working in support of a state AG’s litigation position.)
