Pat Flood (@rebarcock) passed away 9/21/25. Pat played a huge role in encouraging the devolopmemt of this site and donated the very first dollar to get it started. Check the thread at the top of the board for the obituary and please feel free to pay your respects there. I am going to get all the content from that thread over to his family so they can see how many people really cared for Pat outside of what they ever knew. Pat loved to tell stories and always wanted everyone else to tell stories. I think a great way we can honor Pat is to tell a story in his thread (also pinned at the top of the board).

Thats unfair.. Since... This hate often originates from American occupation and oppression. Excellent points. Americans have been force fed a load of bullshit their entire lives. People on this Board are light years ahead of the average citizen but unfortunately the vast majority of the country is woefully ignorant to what’s been going on for the better part of 100 years. Hell, folks here may have only started waking up in the last 10-15. Our public schools and universities are a joke and the media and OUR own government do nothing but create and spread lies. Hence, America and Western countries are being flushed down the toilet as quickly as possible. I pray every day it’s not too late to reverse course.

Yes totally true. But for the mass majority thats not even close to the case. And like what.. 3 years ago.. I was really hoping people would do their own research and make shit better.. But I really hate to say it.. We traded one lump of shit in for another lump of shit and 75% is still running around like a headless chicken. (Before it was 80%, so there is improvement..)
I went to an American Uni. I really enjoyed that.. Because that school spirit and being able to jump along with everything it was really amazing. I am happy I got to experience that. Ill keep that with me for the rest of my life. We dont have that over here, at all. That spirit.. If you can just combine it with real knowledge.. Shit would be fucking epic. I really miss eating nearly anything you can think off during lunch.. Twister fries, with a bacon burger, and unlimited soda... nomnomnomnom.. Where I was you could also pick Italian, noodles, and what ever. And there was loads and loads of fruits, tons of apples.
It was great, and it was all taken care of pretty well. Nice red brick buildings where I was. Many teachers that couldnt pronounce their own Dutch lastnames.
Everybody was friendly and open. It was basically a campus town, and yeah I do understand it gives a bad image for the whole of America. Obviously, its fucking big. But I had a great experience, Trumps first term I think.
The air was excellent.. Over here in the swamp its extremely moist.
