Pat Flood (@rebarcock) passed away 9/21/25. Pat played a huge role in encouraging the devolopmemt of this site and donated the very first dollar to get it started. Check the thread at the top of the board for the obituary and please feel free to pay your respects there. I am going to get all the content from that thread over to his family so they can see how many people really cared for Pat outside of what they ever knew. Pat loved to tell stories and always wanted everyone else to tell stories. I think a great way we can honor Pat is to tell a story in his thread (also pinned at the top of the board).

Well I've bought some gear I never thought I'd buy. Got a gas mask, ballistic helmet and really good armor plates. I used to kind of laff when people bought that kind of stuff because if you live in the burbs and have some guns you are probably pretty safe. I'm starting to think there is no way we don't have something really bad happen over the next year. Democrats keep escalating no matter how nutty their fringe gets. People talking about SNAP and EBT riots is a perfect scenario for antifa and cartels to infiltrate to cause mass chaos.

I use a topical dmso occasionally for muscle pain. So i am not an expert. I do know some things about it.
I would never use it as an eye drop. Why would that even be a thing to do?
DMSO is quickly absorbed through your skin. It gets in your blood stream so fast that you can taste it. There are dangers within that process. Anything the DMSO comes in contact with is grabbed and taken into your body. Then into your bloodstream. Your body gets everything the DMSO contacted. Everthing. Body lotion. Pollen. Grease. Dish detergent. Everything.
The only time to use DMSO is after a shower. A small amount on your thigh will reach every part of your body in 1 minute. Even the eyes.
