• Pat Flood (@rebarcock) passed away 9/21/25. Pat played a huge role in encouraging the devolopmemt of this site and donated the very first dollar to get it started. Check the thread at the top of the board for the obituary and please feel free to pay your respects there. I am going to get all the content from that thread over to his family so they can see how many people really cared for Pat outside of what they ever knew. Pat loved to tell stories and always wanted everyone else to tell stories. I think a great way we can honor Pat is to tell a story in his thread (also pinned at the top of the board).

Question for the computer people or anyone who wants to reply. I don't use a VPN and don't know the in's and out's of how they operate.

If a person in the US uses a VPN and chooses one in England, could that in anyway be traced back to the originating computer? If a person in England uses a VPN not in England can that be traced back to them?

Are those people being abused by their government's crack down on speech able to continue to post memes and other communications using a VPN without being known? Are the spooks in any of these countries capable of breaching the networks (or whatever they're called) and identify individuals or anyone else? I suspect they can.

Well this would make me smile

I think Clapper was first in the door with info and is telling on everyone....

Listened to Joe Rogan pod cast, the last few have been rough and Joe's liberal is really coming out, anyway, he has John Kiriakou on. He is the guy that broke the silence on enhanced interrogation techniques. He worked with Brennan for 35 years and talks about what a piece of shit Brennan is. How he was fired from CIA, found a shit job, then found his way as the only guy from CIA on the Obama campaign. He was rewarded. Brennan is an analyst and not an operative. I want him in jail forever.

It's my understanding that state actors can still track you with a vpn but your average hacker or antifa terrorist wouldn't be able to dox you. I think there are more high level vpn's that can hide you even in Europe but I'm not tech savvy enough to know that for sure it's just what i've heard some people in UK say they do to get news from outside England.

CIA and Diplomats are full of Ivy League people who are just smarter than you....just ask them. They can't get out of the way of their own liberalism. I don't see it every mentioned on why things are so bad, its because they really think they are the smartest person in the room because they have been told so by their professors. Have friends who were militarily assigned to CIA and State and they say it is a liberal cess pool. That is where the deep state resides.

People who work in those agencies are control people either diplomatically or clandestinely.

I owned a Legal Recruiting firm for several years. I was told by law firm search committees they liked Ivy League lawyers over other law school graduates because they were trained to look far and wide for the most obscure fact or law that could be the difference between prevailing or losing for their clients. Same personality types.
