Not an electric fence but my grandfather used to have his workers come into the shop at his ranch and pee in the corner when it was cold outside. He told them not to do that but they did. Grandpa had to dig out the dirt, put lime in after it got to stinking. After a time or two, he put a metal plate under the dirt where they peed. He attached 2 alligator clips and wires to the plate then attached the wires to the electric device people cranked on old telephones to make a call. He waited until the next worker got going full flow and spun the crank. He heard loud yelling. It stopped them peeing indoors.
