Start punishing the owners who hire these people.
I filed an ethics violation at my company because a guy claimed he had a DFC and a Purple Heart on his bio. Easily checked and debunked. Company didn’t fire him outright but downsized his position and he moved on. Was pissed they didn’t make an example of him

This is direct potable reuse. Drinking water comes out of the wastewater plant in a pipe that supplies people’s houses.
