Hard to track down, but here are some of the names of the 85 donors who met with then Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, after the 85 contributed $156M to the Clinton Fdn, more than half its 2015 budget. This is just for the 1st half of her term, the AP says, it did not reveal the names, there were 154 private visitors-no one knows who met with her in the 2d half.
This, as declassified emails reveal Obama’s deputy attorney general Sally Yates ordered FBI officials to “shut it down,” their pay-to-play corruption probe into the Foundation for soliciting hundreds of millions of dollars from foreign and U.S. interests with business before her department.
Donations to the Clinton Global Initiative plummeted 90% by 2017 after Clinton lost and they pulled the plug. Questions grow over whether the 31K emails Clinton destroyed are connected to this, as Clinton is accused of changing the headlines in 2016 by helping to orchestrate Trump-Russia:
George Soros: A major Clinton Foundation donor. Met with Clinton in 2010 to discuss support for the American University of Central Asia, he is a benefactor.
Viktor Pinchuk: Ukrainian steel magnate, pledged > $10M. Met via a top Clinton aide to convey messages from Ukraine’s then-president, Viktor Yanukovych. Burisma, where Hunter Biden served on the board, had ties to Yanukovych-era politics. Ukrainian politicians and oligarchs from that period had connections to Burisma.
Microsoft/Bill Gates (Gates Foundation): Donors to the Foundation, did lobbying activities.
Stephen Schwarzman: Chairman of Blackstone Group. Attended a 2009 breakfast at the NYSE with Clinton; the next day, the State Department acted on a visa issue he had raised. Blackstone donated $250K–$500K, additional contributions from execs and corporate commitments.
Fabrizio Freda (Estee Lauder executive): Met Clinton at a Wall Street event attended by Schwarzman. Estee Lauder donated $100K–$250K to the Foundation, and made commitments via CGI for initiatives in Cambodia.
Susie Tompkins Buell: Entrepreneur, longtime Clinton mega-donor (over $10M to Clinton causes). Emails show she was coordinating event support (e.g., a San Francisco trade meeting Clinton keynotes).
