Im sure someone could figure out the scalability. He is straightforward how it is done in videos. He lives in Georgia or north Florida. I believe he is doing the conversion. In essence he is just reversing the processing so it isn't too crazy.

Update on the Bibb County Child Trafficking Bunker in Alabama -
I have it on good authority from a local in the area who specializes in exposing child trafficking that it sounds like some of those children who were being sold were Foster Children.
It also sounds like the removal from their parents was questionable at best.
From what I've gathered, it sounds like the children were taken under BS allegations.
Alabama was in the process of returning the children to the parents after the Bunker revelation, however, it sounds like new, never before heard allegations have popped up against the childrens' father.
While it's too early to know for certain, it seems there may be a cover up going on...
It's possible that Alabama is holding their father Political Prisoner to keep him from talking about and bringing attention to the fact that Alabama took the children under fraudulent allegations, and then placed them in a situation where they were abused and tortured.
It looks like DCF knew about the lack of abuse from the parents, and the trafficking that the Foster Parents were doing.
I have a feeling that the details of the abuse are even broke graphic than what we're being told, and DCF/Alabama are terrified of the full truth coming out.
