Just had my final injection of PRP. Feeling much better as I’m slowing getting back to using my arm.
Couple of call outs:
- If you have a complete tear, PRP won’t help. It’s either surgery or replacement at this point.
- Do some additional research. I read some contrasting articles in regards to drinking alcohol during the procedures as it thins the blood. I drink moderately(1-2 drinks over a weeks time).
- Any rehab I did myself was primarily stretching. No band or weight work. I’m just now working that back into the rotation. Last injection was June 24. So I basically took the entire window of injections + one month after the last before I reintroduced resistance or weight work.
Good luck!
Have you looked into bp157 peptide?
Also maybe a medical vacation to Colombia 🇨🇴 and get stem cells?

Interested for myself, I have back and knee issues.

Lighter than iron, resistant to rust, and stronger than steel. This is the new material that could revolutionize construction globally.

These are glass fiber reinforced polymer (GFRP), an advanced alternative to traditional steel that stands out for its tensile strength (twice that of steel), its lightness (up to four times lighter than iron), its resistance to corrosion, its non-conductive nature, and its economic efficiency, with a costup to 30% lower in construction projects.

They are currently being used in roofs, columns, continuous slabs, floors, garages, ports, and marine environments, demonstrating their versatility and durability.

With just 130 kg of fiber capable of replacing one ton of reinforced steel, and with international certifications and the approval of the Building Research Center, this technology represents a key step toward stronger, lighter, and more sustainable construction.

So what is in this bill that Trump n GOP hate but Dems and Dipshit Hawley like? If Dems push it, there's no way it can be good.

I poured a concrete basketball court in my backyard 30 years ago. The concrete had shards of fiberglass added to it for strength.

That type of stuff has been around a longtime. A lot more expensive than traditional rebar. Used to be about 3x or more expensive. Special machines to fabricate.
They use it in critical but corrosive environment where you cannot have material breakdown for 50yr+. Nuke stuff, critical infrastructure around saltwater etc.
In 30 plus yrs I've seen that called out 2x and both were military critical installations in the SE amd that is all I can say about that comfortably.
In conditions such as saltwater which is so corrosive to rebar, most jobs would use epoxy-coayed rebar which is probably 2x more than regular steel rebar. Id guess there are no more than 15 companies is the states doing it. Fairly small market

fiberglass bar is also very light compared to steel. 130KG=1 ton steel. So in situations for weight control it is highly effective.
