My BIL works for huge trading desk in Chicago. They have built a blockchain, which really just enables faster transactions, which is where the hedge funds get their daily advantage over the public, and Ken Griffin, Steven Schwartzman, etc... are all invested because it gives secrecy to the transacton.
Until the crypto network offers complete transparency, it will always be used by those with more resources to take advantage of those that do not.

- AND MOST IMPORTANTLY: at the 3:22 mark he draws in air the letter “Q” which he did extensively in his first term
