From the perspective that the storms didn't move I concur. I watched the radar from Thursday on and there was minimal rain storms moving. Yesterday, the remnants came just south of Ft Worth and stayed there all day and flooded the areas. I cannot recall seeing storms not move for that long of a period of time.
