All the streets in DFW have become really shitty. They'd rather spend billions on a convention center than policemen to reduce the crime in downtown where the conventioneers dine and street repairs. Don't do something about the crime and the conventioneers will stop coming.

Is that the one they will replace for life? I have a BGE, and can dial temp in fine, but have been looking at a pellet smoker for longer cooks.
