Residents of London and elsewhere need to start burning those piles of trash in the middle of the streets---all over the nation. If they don't, the diseases carried by rats (+/- 35 diseases) and the fleas/ticks on them will overwhelm the UK. Other animals will dine in the trash with their complement of diseases. I suppose there may be one benefit. The diseases don't discriminate. Illegal or not will be affected.

Watched a retired California state trooper talk about how imbedded the cartels are in California now. He said that some small town are completely owned by the cartels and no outsiders are allowed in.
